Payal Patel arranged and organised my surprise 25th Birthday party, and what a surprise it was. She single handily arranged all aspects of the party, from a well thought out menu for a vegetarian barbeque, to decorations, venue, guest list and much more. Every detail was given the utmost thought and creativity. The menu was extravagant and unique which had everyone’s taste buds going long after the party. The entertainment was perfect with karaoke and music. The decorations were fitting for the Hawaiian theme as there were garlands galore, but the talking point were the centrepieces which were truly a stroke of genius!! These were a real ice breaker and got everyone in the mood.
Amazingly Payal was able to undertake this great task in a short space of time and limited budget and I can truly say that without her there would not have been a party and certainly not such a successful one. I can imagine what you're thinking... it must have taken several days and months, phone calls and meetings with Payal to plan and facilitate the requests I made to ensure a succesful party. You could not be any more wrong. Payal arrived at 0930hrs on the day of the engagement and did not have a clue what to expect. I told her what I wanted and she had the hall decorated and catered by 1600hrs!! My party was in an area unfamiliar to her, so she had to learn the ways of the land and establish networks quickly to ensure she made the best use of the limited resources that I entrusted to her.
Payal truly contributed towards making my engagement party a unique experience for my family and friends. Everyone was full of appraisal for the layout of the hall and the way it was decorated.
